In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.

 

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services (including our Kajabi course platform and Slack community), or otherwise when you contact us.

  • Occupational therapy licensure or professional credentials (if voluntarily provided)

Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number and associated security code. All payment data is stored and processed securely by our third-party payment processor (Kajabi/Stripe). We do not store your full card details on our systems. You may set your browser to refuse cookies, though this may affect some site functionality. Our course platform Kajabi also uses cookies to maintain your login session and track course progress.

We retain your information for as long as you maintain an active account with us.

 

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will delete or anonymize it, or securely store it and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

Our Services are designed for licensed or license-eligible occupational therapy professionals and students who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If we learn that personal information from users under 18 has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable steps to delete such data promptly. Upon a request to terminate, we will deactivate or delete your account from our active databases. Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature you can activate to signal your preference not to have browsing activity tracked. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. If a standard is adopted that we are required to follow in the future, we will update this privacy notice accordingly.
